ALICE COMBS is the author of The Lady with Balls. She graduated from Cal State Hayward, where she earned a place on the Dean’s List. After a painful divorce, Alice took a variety of unrewarding jobs. She persevered through every obstacle; she taught herself to be a skilled entrepreneur and expert employer, and slowly developed her startup company, Vulcan Wire, into a thriving business. By Vulcan Wire’s forty-fifth year, it boasted $10 million in annual sales. Now semi-retired, she and her husband live on Mendocino County’s scenic north coast. One of her ongoing missions is to empower women to pursue careers in business, especially in a male-dominated industry.

Micah Bevitz, iTelecom

September 21st, 2020 · Comments

Micah_Headshot99g5f.jpgI started iTelecom on the principal that our most important job is to provide best-in-class support. After more than 20 years of business development, account management, and operations optimization experience in the telecommunications sector, I knew that there was a better way to service customers.

Professional focal points include budgeting, sales, customer service, carrier management, contract negotiation, quality assurance, inventory control, team building, training, and performance management. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires exceptional utilization of effective communication and organization skills.

From negotiating contracts for high-quality products and services to providing superior support, I am committed to driving business success both iTelecom and for our agents and customers. This involves sourcing carriers, building talented teams, facilitating training, coordinating promotions, and managing the pre and post-sales processes.

Colleagues describe me as a progressive, driven, down-to-earth, analytical, and managerial expert who can be relied on to deliver customer satisfaction.
